What is the
Dream Academy?

The Dream Academy is a unique coaching programme using the inspiring language of dreams to transform your employees lives and help your business deliver extraordinary results.

It began over 10 years ago and now over 300 people, across three ‘people first’* organisations, have been through Dream Academy. Changing the lives of their employees and the relationship that they have with their company.

Why Dream Academy?

Every business wants happy, motivated and productive employees. The problem is employees are people first and foremost; with complicated lives, unique aspirations and personal needs. When those needs go unrecognised, engagement and performance suffer.

And that’s why Dream Academy was created. Over the past 10 years I have refined a proven framework to help people connect with their personal dreams.

Through the language of dreams and combined with my expert coaching in this field, Dream Academy gives your people the space and guidance to explore what truly matter to them and in doing so, re-energises them producing happier, more motivated and productive employees.

*Dream Academy thrives in organisations that understand that their employees are people first before they are employees. Organisations with Purpose Driven and Collaborative cultures understand that if they look after the needs of their people, they will look after the company.

“We all need a little help to achieve our dreams. Dream Academy is empowering our team to achieve their personal ambitions—big and small.  Supporting our people in living their dreams is the greatest commitment we can make to building an inspiring culture and shows, as a company, that we care about our people.”

Jonathan Player, MD, Nursery Kitchen and Seymour House Nurseries

FAQs

  • Fundamentally, it’s only right for organisations that truly understand that “if they look after their people, their people will look after the business.” For the Dream Academy to be really thrive, it should be integrated with ‘people first’ cultures. ‘Purpose Driven’ and ‘Collaborative’ Cultures are a great fit.

  • Each cohort consists of 12 employees (the most cost-effective approach). Multiple cohorts can be run at one time. Because the cohorts run over 6 months, 2 cohorts can be run bi-annually. NOTE: To get the biggest impact and integrate Dream Academy into an organisation’s culture, rolling cohorts, annually or bi-annually, is recommended.

  • After getting in touch we agree a clear process of internal engagement and time commitment that works for you and your people

  • A few people do dream of starting their own business or discover that their destiny is elsewhere. This is good news for your business, as it creates a healthier workforce of dedicated people and ‘glowing reviews’ from ex-employees.
