Life can be overwhelming and carrying the burden of severe anxiety, chronic stress, and mental health conditions makes it even harder.

The good news is there is help available to overcome these conditions.

Most people believe that they either have to suffer with their mental health conditions or have to go through months of talking therapy to ‘feel better’. For the majority of cases this is simply not true. Fast acting therapies can bring you freedom from your ailment in just one or two sessions (video call or face to face). Just think…. what would life be like if you didn’t have your issue any more?

“We did some hypnotherapy to help me with my anxiety and trichotillomania; I wanted to stop picking my thumbs until they bled and pulling out my eyebrows. Afterwards it was like a great weight had been lifted. I can very happily say that almost instantly I felt like this was something that I didn’t want to do anymore (which was a revelation) & now six months down the line I have stopped picking and hair pulling almost completely (amazing).”

Alastair specialises in the removal of the following mental health issues, quickly and effectively, with fast-acting therapies.

  • Catastrophising is a cognitive distortion where individuals tend to exaggerate the potential for negative outcomes, often believing the worst possible scenario is highly likely, even when evidence suggests otherwise. Future Traumatic Stress Disorder (FTSD), while not a formal clinical diagnosis, describes a state of heightened anxiety and fear about potential future traumatic events, often linked to past trauma or a tendency to catastrophise.

  • Excessive, persistent, and unrealistic worry about everyday things, often for at least six months, that is difficult to control and causes significant distress or impairment.

  • A sudden episode of intense fear, often accompanied by physical symptoms, that occurs without a clear trigger or danger

  • A mental health condition characterized by intrusive, unwanted thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors or mental acts (compulsions) that a person feels driven to perform.

  • an intense fear or anxiety related to driving or being a passenger in a vehicle.

  • A mental health condition characterized by an intense fear of social situations.

  • Intense feeling of fear or worry about performing a task, e.g. stage fright, ‘choking’ in sport etc

  • A mental health condition that can develop after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event.

Anxiety is a normal human emotion involving feelings of unease, worry, or fear, often about future events or situations. While occasional anxiety is normal, persistent or excessive worry can indicate an anxiety disorder which can significantly impact daily life.
